Should i get a tattoo? (Teenager)?
I'm 14 i want to get a tattoo. I want to know some of the risk besides getting an std. Also will the the tattoo start to fade when i become 30+.

Why would i want a tattoo ? Easy to gain respect,Pick up chicks, Intimidate others in sports and events.
Are you scared? < Nope
No offense, but honestly those are the stupidest reasons to get a tattoo. Believe it or not, a tattoo loses you just as much respect as it gains you. (and this is coming from a 17 year old with 2 tattoos..) Your friends will love it, sure, but future employers and most adults will generally lose respect for you based on your tattoos. As stupid as it is, its true.
Not all 'chicks' like tattoos either. I like tattoos on guys, but only if they are chosen with good reason. A tattoo should be very personal and have a lot of meaning to you. Not just 'because it looks cool and intimidating'. Trust me, I got my first tattoo at 14 because i thought it'd be cool. But now i realize it has no real meaning to me.
Your risks will be high, due to the fact that no reputable tattoo artist will tattoo anyone younger than 16. (Again, I know this from experience..) Most tattoo artists will only tattoo people over 18, even with parental consent, and some will allow 16 with a guardian present. Any artist willing to tattoo a 14 year old probably doesn't follow safety procedures, doesn't have proper sterilized equipment, and will probably have very poor artwork.
Fading depends on your after care and placement of the tattoo. Tattoos fade easily in the sun and if not looked after properly may need a touch up every couple years.
Risks include: blood-transferable diseases, infections, allergic reactions, bleeding ink/bad artwork, excessive bleeding, nerve damage, regret, loss of career options, etc.
