How many ways are there for people to order eggs in a restaurant?
I am a kitchen manager in a restaurant that serves a lot of breakfast and I would like to make sure that my staff of 3 is prepared for all the weird ways that people could order an egg. So far I have come across:
Over- easy, Med, Med Well, Hard
Basted- Soft, Hard
Poached- Soft, Hard
Scrambled- Soft, hard
Boiled- Soft, Hard
