Come on think about all the stupid people you run across everyday?
If you see someone do something stupid, you give them one stupid dart..Say for example you notice someone turn in their car without using a turn signal, they get a stupid dart, if more than one person notice, multiple darts...
After amassing (per year)
50 - Special Helmet
100 darts - Punched in the face
250 darts - Cracked in the funny bone with a pool cue
1000 - Sit through 10 hours of Time Share presentations
2000 darts - House Arrest for 1 month
5000 darts - Locked away for remainder of the year for your own safety
