Is the journey from Harrow & Wealdstone station to London Victoria via London Euston counted as 2 journeys?
For example travelling from Harrow and Wealdstone to London Victoria.
The first part of my journey is on the London Overground to Euston, you have to scan your Oyster card out at Euston to leave the Overground station and that charges you for the journey - £3.70 or £2.20. Does your onward journey to Victoria cost the extra £1.60 single fare or is the system smart and recognise you are making a thru journey?
Thank You
Its a very smart card is the Oyster.
It should recongnise your touch out and touch in at Euston, and decide that your making a through journey. Hence allowing you to travel to Victoria at the same price as it would to get to Euston.
