How many cups in a bag of powdered sugar?
I have a 2lb bag of powd. sugar and it says that serving size is 1/4 cup and there are 30 servings in the package. How many cups are there in the bag?
tiffany --- Using your Numbers and mine there is 71/2 cups in A 2# bag of powdered sugar. But remember do not scoop the sugar out of the bag with your measuring cup that will pack the sugar and change those numbers. Dip it out with a large spoon and place loosely in the measuring cup.
