Why do people make such a big about the stupid BMI scale? It's not accurate, has to be the worse creation ever
I weigh 240 , and I'm 6'4 I look at the BMI scale and it says that I'm overweight by like 40-60 pounds. The funny thing is that my six pack is starting to show and I have also have alot definition.I had my body fat down at a local gym about a year ago he told me that I was at 20% I think that was just a scam to make me sign up for personal trainig.I did some research, and I found that your body want show definition if your over 10%. I also relieze that no two people are alike 240 on a 6'4 fram may sound fat but I happen to be about regular size as a NFL middle linebacker, I just happen to ba a basketball player, but I play guard.
You have a lot of muscle definition and if you're six pack is almost showing then there's no way that you have that much body fat. Those Bmi scales are a bad measurement because they don't take into consideration how much muscle mass a person had I wouldn't follow it it's inaccurate I would just maybe measure your body fat
